We got tired of watching great companies run on generic software
Our founders spent more than a decade as technology consultants inside banks, insurers, hospital networks and manufacturers. Again and again, they saw the same pattern: ambitious companies bending their processes to fit software that was built for everyone, and therefore for no one in particular.
Licences grew, workarounds multiplied, and the things that made each business special got flattened into someone else's defaults. So in 2021 they stopped advising and started building.
Zovra Labs was founded as a software company with one job: engineer tailor-made systems that fit the way a business actually works, and give it an edge its competitors can't buy off the shelf.

A small team of engineers starts Zovra Labs with one rule: build software around the business, never the other way round.
